With Our Hotel a unique training concept was created in Munich in 2006:

Within the scope of a subsidized measure, young people from difficult living conditions receive qualified gastronomic training from us. Not only do they experience the reality of working life, but they are also accompanied by a socio-educational specialist in the case of private and academic problems. After completion of the training, we support the application and placement in a permanent job.

The Training Hotel St. Theresia is a subsidiary of the Kolping Education Center Munich and Upper Bavaria. It goes back to the social work of Adolph Kolping, who founded in 1849 a journeyman association for young craftsmen in Cologne. He offered shelter to young people to improve their lives.
